1. Our Commitment
Frontline Digital Solutions takes the security of the limited information we handle through this Site seriously. As a technology consulting firm, security is core to what we do and how we operate. 3. Transmission Security

Contact form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections both to our servers and to our email delivery provider (Resend). You should verify that your browser displays a valid HTTPS padlock indicator before submitting any information through our Site.
4. Infrastructure Security
This Site is hosted on reputable cloud infrastructure with the following general security characteristics:
- Physical Security: Our infrastructure providers maintain physical access controls, surveillance, and environmental protections at their data centers in accordance with industry standards.
- Network Security: Network-level protections including firewalls and DDoS mitigation are provided by our infrastructure and CDN partners.
- Patch Management: We apply security updates to our web infrastructure on a regular basis to address known vulnerabilities.
- Availability: We rely on infrastructure providers with redundancy and uptime commitments appropriate for a marketing website.
5. Access Controls
Access to our systems, email accounts, and any stored contact form data is restricted to authorized Frontline Digital Solutions personnel on a need-to-know basis. We use strong authentication practices, including multi-factor authentication where available, for access to administrative systems. We do not share access credentials and review access privileges periodically.
6. Third-Party Vendors
We rely on third-party vendors to deliver and operate this Site. Our primary vendors relevant to data security include:
- Resend — transactional email delivery for contact form submissions. Resend maintains its own security program and publishes its security practices at resend.com/security.
- Hosting & CDN Providers — infrastructure providers with established security programs and industry certifications.
We select vendors who we believe maintain appropriate security standards, but we cannot guarantee the security practices of third-party services. We encourage you to review the security documentation of any third-party service whose practices are material to your decision to use our Site.
7. Responsible Disclosure
We welcome good-faith security research. If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability in this Site or our publicly accessible systems, please report it to us promptly so we can investigate and address it.
To report a vulnerability: Send a detailed description to info@frontlinedigital.io with the subject line "Security Vulnerability Report." Please include a description of the issue, steps to reproduce it, and any evidence you have gathered. We will acknowledge receipt within five (5) business days and work to investigate and remediate confirmed issues promptly.
We ask that you: (a) give us reasonable time to investigate and remediate before public disclosure; (b) not exploit any vulnerability beyond what is necessary to demonstrate it; (c) not access, modify, or delete data belonging to others; and (d) act in good faith throughout the process. We will not pursue legal action against researchers who follow these guidelines.
